26th Annual Phil Kosin - Illinois Women's Open

Tuesday, July 6th - Wednesday, July 7th 2021  |  Mistwood Golf Club

FORMAT: 36 Holes will be played on July 6th, and the field will be cut to approximately the low 40 percent and ties, assuming a full field. The final 18 holes will be played on July 7th for the championship.

ELIGIBILITY: Entries are open to all female professionals, and all female amateurs with a current USGA Handicap Index of 15.0 or less. Contestants must be 17 years of age as of July 5, 2021. Applicants who fall to meet these eligibility requirements may appeal in writing to the tournament committee for a special exemption - amickelson@mistwoodgc.com.

ENTRIES: The entry fee is $300.00. All entries must be received by the end of the day on Friday, June 25th, and no refunds will be given after this date. For specific questions, please contact Andy Mickelson, at Mistwood Golf Club - amickelson@mistwoodgc.com.

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Contestants will be allowed one practice round, prior to the tournament, and subject to availability (Monday-Thursday, anytime; Friday-Sunday after 2pm). Reservations must be made with the Mistwood Golf Club pro shop at (815) 254-3333. No Exceptions.

TEE TIMES: First round tee times will be posted at least 72 hours prior to the event online -

PURSE: The official tournament purse will be announced prior to the event. Some players making the cut may not be awarded prizes. Players must declare pro or amateur status prior to the event. Pros will receive cash and amateurs will receive gift cards from the Mistwood Golf Club pro shop. USGA rules of Amateur Status apply.

DRESS CODE: Contestants must follow the dress code of the LPGA tour. Sleeveless and collarless shirts are allowed. Denim is not allowed.

CADDIES/CARTS: Contestants will not be allowed to carry their own bag during the IWO. Competitors must use a caddy or take a golf cart. Cart fees will be $20.00 per day.
